We provide quality built manufactured and modular homes to Kansas residents. We have homes built to both the UBC code (The modular code where the home has no steel frame under it. This is the same code as site built homes are constructed to.) and the HUD code. (This is the manufactured home code which requires the steel frame to remain with the home. This code is regulated by the Federal Government.) The homes we offer are built right here in Kansas by manufacturers with a combined longevity of over 100 years. That coupled with our proximity to both plants means better quality and service for our clients. (Both plants are within 75 miles of Great Bend.) Our specialty is turn key projects where our crews take all the hard work out of building a new home. We do basements, foundations, garages, porches, utilities, sidewalks, driveways, and storm shelters. You name it and we can take care of it for you. All you have to do is turn the key and move in!! In 1968 Elmer and his son Jerry decided to venture forth into the sales end of the business. Today the company is ran and operated by Greg Becker.
